4. Conclusion et références

Les différents éléments qui vous ont été présentés dans ce guide fournissent un cadre de référence que vous pourrez utiliser pour mettre en place un projet BIM. Comme évoqué en introduction, ce cadre de référence n’a aucune valeur normative. Il est de la responsabilité de chacun de se l’approprier, de l’éprouver et de le faire coller à ses propres besoins. Chaque acteur du secteur est encouragé à s’engager dans la voie du BIM et à contribuer par ses retours d’expériences à l’essor du « centre de compétences BIM » mis en place par le CRTI-B. Pour aller plus loin, une dernière annexe nommée « Bonne pratiques collaboratives BIM » détaille le déroulement des phases de projet (de la programmation à la l’exploitation) tel qu’elles sont communément menées en utilisant le BIM. Cette annexe vous aidera à mieux comprendre les détails de la collaboration entre la maîtrise d’œuvre, la maîtrise d’ouvrage et les entreprises dans le respect de la méthodologie BIM.
