Algemeen
Een datatoestel is een apparaat dat digitale informatie uitwisselt. Het heeft gewoonlijk een elektriciteitsvoorziening nodig en kan vast of verplaatsbaar zijn. Niet inbegrepen zijn apparaten die voornamelijk voor audio- en/of videodoeleinden bedoeld zijn.
