Objective and deliverables
At the end of the APD phase, the coordinated models and deliverables generated contain (in theory) all the information required to apply for the various permits and seek approval from the project owner. This includes the commodo-incommodo authorization based on safety plans and the CPE based on thermal simulations fed by the various characteristics of the building and materials. IF, depending on the project, the APD phase has been completed and the GID levels have not yet reached the necessary “threshold”, then it’s time to complete them.
Processes to be implemented
This involves repeating the process of the APD phase to complete any missing data required for authorization procedures. The architect sends the required deliverables to the relevant organizations.
